• All shipments are via Post Malaysia regular post.
• Shipping rates are waived for subscriptions plans that come with Free Shipping.
• Physical products currently are shipped to within Malaysia only.
• Magazine Orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays).
• In most cases, the package will be delivered within estimated time of arrival as indicated by the Pos Malaysia delivery schedule. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by external factors such as but not limited to weather conditions.
